VoIP and Microsoft Teams Phone
If your team already lives in Teams, you are most of the way to a phone system. The rest is configuration and a number port.
What Is Microsoft Teams Phone?
Microsoft Teams Phone turns the Teams app your staff already use into a full business phone system. Calls to and from external numbers are made in Teams on a desktop, mobile, or a Teams-certified desk phone, with call forwarding, voicemail, transfers, auto attendants, and call queues included.
There is no separate phone application to learn and no on-premises PBX to maintain. Netlogic handles configuration, number porting, and device supply.

Common questions
VoIP & Microsoft Teams Questions
Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
Yes. We port existing numbers into the new system with minimal downtime, scheduled so the changeover happens outside business hours. Your published numbers, and any numbers on printed material, keep working.
Do we need desk phones with Microsoft Teams Phone?
No. Most organizations use the Teams app on laptops and mobiles with a good headset. We supply Teams-certified desk phones where a role genuinely needs one, such as reception, a shared area, or a workshop floor.
Is VoIP reliable enough for a business phone system?
Yes, given adequate internet connectivity and a properly configured network. Call quality problems almost always trace to local network configuration rather than the service, which is why we review the network as part of any phone deployment.
