What These Terms Cover

This website, netlogiccomputer.com, is operated by Netlogic Computer Consulting, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company at 547 Amherst Street, Suite 303, Nashua, New Hampshire 03063. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means anyone using this website.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms are not your service agreement. If Netlogic supports your organization, the contract you signed governs the work: what we deliver, the service levels, the fees, the responsibilities on both sides, and how liability is allocated. Where these website terms and that agreement say different things about the services, that agreement wins every time. Nothing on this page adds to, reduces, or reinterprets it.

What This Website Is, and Is Not

This site exists to explain what we do, publish useful information, and let you get in touch. That is the whole of it.

It is not any of the following.

• An offer you can accept. Nothing here is a binding offer, a quote, or a price. A quote is a document we send you with your name on it.
• Advice for your situation. Guidance on this site is general. Your environment, your obligations, and your risks are specific, and we cannot know them from here. Do not treat anything on this site as technical, legal, security, or compliance advice for your organization. Ask us and we will give you advice properly.
• A promise of a particular result. Outcomes described on this site, including anything in a case study, happened for a specific client in specific circumstances.

There are no user accounts on this website, no forums, no comment sections, and no file uploads other than a job application.

Using the Site

Use it for its intended purpose and we will never have a problem. Specifically, please do not:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone’s rights
• try to gain access to any part of the site, or any system behind it, that has not been made available to you
• interfere with the site’s operation, or place an unreasonable load on it
• introduce malicious code of any kind
• scrape or harvest content or contact details at scale, including for training a model or building a mailing list

Our Content

The text, images, photographs, design, code, and layout on this site belong to Netlogic Computer Consulting, LLC, or to people who have licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. The Netlogic name and logo are our trademarks.

You are welcome to read the site, print a page, quote a short passage with attribution, and link to us from anywhere. You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Other companies’ names and marks appear on this site, including Microsoft, Sophos, Datto, Kaseya, EnGenius, and CompTIA. They belong to their respective owners. Naming them means we work with those products and hold the credentials we describe, not that those companies endorse us. Where we state a partner designation, such as Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work, it is a designation we currently hold and that you can verify.

What You Send Us

When you use the contact form, apply for a job, or email us, we use what you send to respond to you and to evaluate your inquiry or application. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not need a broad license to it.

Two practical points.

• Do not send confidential information through the contact form. It is not a secure channel. If you have something sensitive to share, call us and we will arrange a proper method.
• Unsolicited ideas. If you send us a suggestion, feature idea, or proposal we did not ask for, we may use it without owing you anything. This is not us being greedy. It is that we cannot reliably prove where an idea came from, and we will not accept a submission that could later be claimed as ours.

Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep the site up, and we do not promise it will always be available. We may change, move, or remove any part of it without notice.

We try hard to keep this site accurate, and some of it will still go out of date. Certifications get renewed or lapse, partner designations are re-scored, products get renamed, and service descriptions evolve. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us to confirm it is still true.

No Warranty for the Website

This section is about the website. It has nothing to do with the services we perform under a signed agreement, which carry their own commitments.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE IS FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

Again, this is about the website only, and does not limit anything owed to a client under a service agreement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETLOGIC COMPUTER CONSULTING, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the exclusions above apply to you only as far as that state permits.

Indemnity

If you use this site unlawfully, breach these terms, or send us content that infringes someone else’s rights, and we suffer a loss or a claim as a result, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it. This is limited to your own conduct.

Links to Other Sites

We link to other websites where it is useful, including our sister site at netlogicmy365.com, vendor documentation, and sources we cite. We do not control the sites we link to and we are not responsible for their content. A link is not an endorsement.

Governing Law and Where Disputes Are Heard

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of this website or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, and you and we both consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Accessibility

We want this site to work for everyone, and we build it to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. If any part of it is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us. General

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands, and that part is treated as narrowed to whatever is enforceable. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. Nothing here creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between us. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole of the agreement between you and us regarding this website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the effective date is at the bottom. If we make a significant change, we will say so on the page rather than leave you to spot it.
