What Microsoft licensing discounts can nonprofits get?
Eligible nonprofits can access granted and substantially discounted Microsoft 365 licensing, along with Azure credits. The program terms have changed more than once in recent years, so we verify current eligibility and entitlement against your registration rather than quoting a figure that may be out of date. It is usually the first thing we check, because the saving frequently funds other work.
We have no IT staff at all. Can you be our IT department?
Yes. Many of our nonprofit clients have no internal IT function, so we act as the whole department: helpdesk, security, procurement, and strategic planning, with a named point of contact rather than an anonymous queue.
How do you handle volunteer accounts?
With a defined lifecycle: accounts created with the minimum access needed, an expiry date set at creation, and scheduled review of everyone with active credentials. The common failure in nonprofits is not weak passwords, it is accounts belonging to people who stopped volunteering two years ago.
