Netlogic Computer Consulting: We Make IT Work

IT certifications and expertise

Every Certification Our Team Holds, and What Each One Is For

Certifications are not the job. They are, however, checkable, and when you are handing an outside company the keys to your systems, checkable counts for something.

What Certifications Does Netlogic Hold?

The Netlogic team holds 19 professional certifications and 9 degrees across its engineering, security, consulting, and business staff, including CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CASP+, CySA+ and PenTest+, the CMMC Registered Practitioner credential, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Azure Administrator, and Sophos and Datto platform certifications.

Netlogic is also a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work, a designation Microsoft scores on certifications currently held and deployments actually delivered rather than granting on request.

Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work

Netlogic holds Microsoft’s Solutions Partner designation for Modern Work, the solution area covering Microsoft 365, Teams, and endpoint management.

Microsoft scores this designation rather than granting it on request. It is measured on the certifications our engineers currently hold, on deployments actually delivered, and on whether the organizations we deployed for went on to use what they were given. It also has to be maintained, so it describes where the team stands now rather than a course somebody passed once.

  • The people configuring your tenant are certified on it, rather than a salesperson with a deck and a subcontractor behind them.
  • The standing is Microsoft’s assessment of us, not our own, so you can check it instead of taking our word for it.
  • Modern Work is the solution area that covers what you are actually buying here: Microsoft 365, Teams, and the devices that connect to them.

What a certificate is worth

An Exam Proves One Thing. We Hire for the Other Three.

A certification proves that a named person passed a specific exam on a specific product. That is worth knowing, and it is more than most providers will let you check. It is also not the whole story, so here is the rest of it.

  • We pay for it, and we schedule the timeStudy time goes in the calendar rather than into somebody’s evening. That is the only reason this list keeps growing.
  • Renewals are the part that quietly gets skippedMicrosoft’s role-based certifications last a year and have to be renewed. Ours are current, which is a different and better claim than having passed once.
  • You get the specialist, not whoever answeredThe list belongs to the team, so the depth is broader than any one person could carry. When your problem needs the CISSP or the firewall engineer, that is who works on it.
  • We say so when something is outside what we doWe support the infrastructure behind specialist systems and coordinate with the vendor who manages the system itself. Telling you that up front is cheaper for you than finding out later.

Microsoft Featured Us in a National Copilot Case Study

Microsoft worked with our CIO, David Swenson, to document how Netlogic used Microsoft Sales Copilot in its own business, producing our biggest sales year to date, faster lead engagement, and a tenfold increase in sales velocity.

A certification says we studied the product. This says we ran it ourselves, measured whether it helped, and only then put it in front of clients.

Common questions

Questions People Ask About Our Credentials

How many certifications does the Netlogic team hold?

19 professional certifications and 9 degrees, held across our engineering, security, consulting, and business staff. The full list is on this page, grouped by discipline. No one person holds all of them, which is rather the point of hiring a team instead of an individual.

Is Netlogic a Microsoft partner?

Yes. Netlogic is a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work, the solution area covering Microsoft 365, Teams, and endpoint management. Microsoft scores that designation on the certifications our engineers currently hold, on deployments actually delivered, and on whether the organizations we deployed for went on to use what they were given. It also has to be maintained, so it describes where the team stands now.

Do these certifications stay current?

They are, and the list is pruned when something lapses. It was reviewed and corrected in September 2026, when training certificates that had gone stale were taken off rather than left on the page to pad the count. Microsoft role-based certifications are valid for a year and have to be renewed, so they describe current knowledge rather than a course somebody passed once, and fundamentals certifications do not expire. The vendor credentials track the platforms we actually deploy, which is why you see Sophos, Cisco and Datto here and not a catalog of everything on the market.

Which of these should matter to my organization?

It depends on what you are handing over. If it is security, look at the CISSP, CompTIA Security+, and the CMMC Registered Practitioner. If you are moving to or cleaning up Microsoft 365, look at the Microsoft Certified Professional and Azure Administrator credentials. If the network or the backup is what keeps you awake, look at the Sophos and Datto credentials. Ask us who would be on your account and we will tell you.

Does Netlogic issue certifications or audit our organization?

No, and no consultant can. Certification and attestation are issued by an independent auditor or certification body. Our role is readiness: assessing your controls, closing the gaps, and preparing the evidence so the audit goes smoothly.
