Do we need extra licenses for Power Platform applications?
Often not. Many Power Apps and Power Automate capabilities are included with Microsoft 365 business and enterprise plans. Premium connectors, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 do require additional licensing, and we confirm exactly what an application needs before development starts rather than after.
How long does a custom business application take to build?
A focused application replacing a single process typically takes weeks rather than months, because the platform supplies the plumbing. Larger systems with several integrations take longer. We scope and quote each build individually so you know the cost before committing.
What happens to our data if we stop using the application?
It remains yours, in your own Microsoft tenant. Applications are built in your environment, not ours, and data in Dataverse or SharePoint can be exported at any time. You are not locked into us to keep the system running.
